1) I bought the prologue on the Humble store after playing your game-jam build. Does this mean I'll get the full game when it's out? 2) I'd love to give feedback on the prologue if you're interested, but I don't want to reveal spoilers here, what's the best way to do that?

1) Yup, by buying the game either in humble or itch.io, you’ll get the Prologue AND you’ll get the full game when it comes out.

2) Tumblr should really have a spoiler tag. We love feedback! You can send it to sup@sukeban.moe (The press/General stuff mail), kiririn51@sukeban.moe (Art guy) or ironiclark@sukeban.moe (Programming/Writing guy). It all reaches the same ears in the end so feel free to send it to whichever you like.

Just want to say love the game first of all. I've read a few of your (articles), and wondered where you guys will go in terms of future games. Having played the prologue version of the game, I see a bright prospect. So, all in all, what kind of games will we expect to see in the future after this game? Cheers.

Thanks for the love!

(I don’t really wanna bother people reading through their feeds with a long ass post, so here’s a break for convenience’s sake. Sorry for the trouble).

Hey can't wait for valhalla to be released!~ What kind of computerydoos do you use to create your games?

Thanks!

All the graphical work is done on a desktop PC with 4GB of RAM,  an i3 processor and using a Wacom Intuos 4. Meanwhile, all the coding is done on a Lenovo Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM.

Keep in mind, however, that before we got a deal with a publisher the graphical work was done with one of the lowest end Genius tablets (In fact using a SECOND pen after the first one got wasted due to many years of use) and all the coding was done on a 7 y/o PC with only 1GB of RAM, 256MB of integrated video card (Before pixel shader 2.0 was a thing) and only 80GB of hard drive (It only managed to hold up thanks to a 500GB external hard drive). To rub salt on the wound, that PC’s original monitor got damaged and had to make do with an early 2000’s CRT Display.

Fun fact time! While making the Prologue, it was actually easier to share the project via Google Drive and ask Chris (Who had the good PC) to check the changes rather than to run the game to see them. This because Ren’Py made a dent on the PCs already sub-par performance and it sometimes took a full 5 minutes before the game managed to run (Compared to the couple of seconds it took for Google Drive to save the script’s changes).

(So yeah, you can start making games even with a toaster if you’re passionate enough).

@garoadmusic

New track for VA-11 HALL-A. I also wanted to try something a little different and make this a bit of a love note to old school anime. Reminiscing on the old days of eagerly popping in a VHS of a cool looking anime I rented from Blockbluster.

Obviously, I couldn’t fit in ALL the terrific anime from the 80s and 90s, so I put in memorable scenes that stood out to me when I was a young lad. At any rate, sit back and enjoy!

I just found this game after finding some nice Ost of it and i decided to check out this. I only have one question though but are any of the drink here real or are they all fictional? i don't drink but i like games that can teach me about them in a more fun way so i can actually talk to my friends when they start talking about drinking. (I'm not even sure if the bear temple one was real or not...)

They’re all fictional, that way we have more freedom to make jokes.

You should check out Bar Oasis, it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
